Profile
Keating Hsu is one of the senior counselors in the law firm. He has been practicing law in intellectual property rights field from 1989. Keating has earned clients’ trust with his professional, considerate and quick service. He also represented Microsoft Corporation as a litigator for its intellectual property litigations in Taiwan from 1994 to 1996. Furthermore, He earned his LL.M. degree from Soochow University in 2005 by the thesis, the Research on Relevant Issues of Copyright License.
In 1998, Keating was well aware that urban renovation was the key to urban development. Since the Urban Renovation Act was enacted then, he has put great effort on issues in this field. Keating has also displayed his learning to the audience on TV regarding real estate legal questions for two years. In addition, He provides legal advice and drafts contracts for clients on an extensive range of issues relating to real estate, construction engineering and corporate legal matters.
