Profile

Sean Chu is Chief Senior Counselor at Chu & Hsu Law Firm. Prior to joining Chu & Hsu, Sean has been a prosecutor for more than 18 years. He had served as a prosecutor of Taipei District Court, Banqiao District Court, Taoyuan District Court. Sean is an expert on Financial Crime includes breach of trust, breach of fiduciary duty, and securities fraud.

With more than 18 years of experience as a prosecutor, Sean is familiar with the court procedures and criminal legal system. Sean‘s representative cases include representing public company on ownership and power disputes, renounced company involving established and tendered, high tech companies on trade secrets protection, publicly traded companies on securities fraud, insider trading, breach of trust, and breach of fiduciary duties.

Sean also specializes in corporate, securities, business account act and intellectual property rights.
