During Sonia Liao’s college year, she had shown strong interests in economic laws; therefore, she began her study for master's degree in Law School, National Taiwan University since 2009 and focused on research of intellectual property law, company law, and securities law. In the meantime, she also took the position as project assistance of Taiwan Intellectual Property Training Academy (TIPA), and dabbled in relevant theories and decisions of courts. Sonia Liao has been practicing law since her graduation of LL.M. She specializes in civil litigations, labor law, intellectual property-related matters, and is familiar with drafting and reviewing various kinds of contract. She was also participated in dealing with several merges and transnational investments. Besides, she has the experience of being accredited to company as an in-house legal counsel. Sonia Liao is capable of analyzing legal issues from multiple angels and will provide reliable services to the clients.
